Sales Assistant Job at Cameron September 12 2013



The seller will provide reporting and management support database for surface systems, in particular : report external services filling the competence of audit reports sheets , monitoring and reporting of revenue after sales , monitoring of staff and planning reports .
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Receive, verify ( confirm that the documents are duly signed ) and record all delivery notes, tickets , tickets RGR tool rental and ticket service before moving on to accounts for invoicing
• Ensure that all tickets or invoices for costs associated with each after-sales service are subject to the sides of the ticket revenue generation to ensure that the costs are recorded against the appropriate income replacement .
• Update and manage schedule anywhere
• Collect and record all customer feedback on the technical service and performance of key personnel at the end of each service provided to the customer
• Ensure that service technicians have completed all necessary reports and defined for a particular task, including sheets of supervisory jurisdiction , service technicians end of the employment relationship and any other report required by the customer or Cameron for a particular service .
• Check claims of field service or time by service technicians and service rendered against earned income.
• Ensure that reports for each service provided to customers at the base and in the field are appropriately stored in a database service
• check supply leaves the jurisdiction coordinator position after-sales service
Job Requirements / Qualifications
• 3 years of professional experience in the supporting role of business administration .
• Bachelor’s degree or a national diploma in relevant social science
• Commercial Awareness base
• Good planning and general administrative jurisdiction
• Effective written and verbal communicator with internal and external customers
• Teamwork
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and SAP
