Country Manager job at Topaz Energy and Marine

Job Description

The main objective of this role is to lead, manage and grow the business Topaz Marine Nigeria. The position will be based in Port Harcourt and is essential for the growth and future performance of existing and future investments in this business unit .

Key Responsibilities :

P & L responsibility of budgeted financial targets
Provide dynamic leadership for the achievement of agreed financial security business and operational objectives set / placed at the forefront of all activities.
Develop and lead the implementation aligned with strategic plans Topaz marine strategies
Maximize the realizable value of the physical assets of the business through marketing and optimizing the planning and operational performance
Identify and develop new business opportunities , markets and customers in Nigeria , while keeping up to date on activities in neighboring countries .
Manage and develop employees business unit of Nigeria in line with Topaz Marine and EVP HR policies and procedures
Provide a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and stakeholders
Establish and maintain strategic alliances and relationships with customers , partners, etc.
Make Nigeria Business Unit complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements
Protect and develop the company’s reputation in the community and local industry in which it operates.
Exercise effective control over all aspects of business operations and provide concise and accurate in accordance with the statutory reporting formats .

Skills and experience required

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualification of Commerce
Post graduate qualifications in management discipline is desirable

Minimum Experience:

Minimum of 10 years experience and in large organizations with OSV
The experience of minimum 3 years in a senior management , operations management .
