Fan Milk Job in Nigeria September 2013 for Retail Development Executives (West/Lagos/North/East)

Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships in outlets outside Major Accounts in the coverage area.
Responsibility to ensure that all drivers are up for sale in the coverage area.
Responsible for data for all customers of its portfolio / hers .
Interact with customers across all channels of retail, except in designated to organic growth of sales per outlet for all milk products Fan area. Supervises and provides support on a daily basis to tenants franchise , including (but not limited ) ;
Attends the application of new equipment sales . The performance of outlets within Monitors sale.
Monitors and equipment failure reports / ventilation service team .
Monitor and report on compliance of equipment sales franchise and output .
Find new opportunities and link taker nearest franchise.
Act as a liaison point between the fan and client managers Channel milk.
Support marketing planning and execution of marketing campaigns and capture marketing information and market data regarding milk fan and performance of competitors.
Driving behavior by franchise holder and help convince customers to use ;
Central Registry processing orders.
Cashless payment options
Helper function for customer support inquiries
Support the development team sales identifying new customers or potential licensees franchise
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
(Key Performance Indicators )
Sales budget for the coverage area.
Customer master data.
Development of new outlets.
Asset Management Customer Satisfaction
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS / skills / experience
( IPE Factor : Knowledge ) :
The ideal candidate : Must be outgoing and convincing personality with a sense of urgency that can communicate at all levels and persuade key stakeholders in the right course of action.
Must be graduate.
Must have extensive experience with a structured approach to managing customer relations and business development .
Must have excellent entrepreneurial and commercial knowledge .
The ideal candidate must have a sense of business and financial .
Must have a thorough knowledge of the market for consumer goods.
Negotiation techniques.
Must have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry .
Must be able to work in any part of the country ( Ibadan / Lagos / North / East ) Applicants must reside in these areas.
