Job Description

Girl Hub Nigeria is looking for a leader and manager experience of high level representatives of the brand experience and strategic vision and prioritization process to support the start of a new platform brand to support adolescents in northern Nigeria. The successful candidate will work closely with the Girl Hub Country Director for Nigeria : lead strategic process of all brand activities and ideas, resource prioritization and allocation of resources for the activities of the brand, managing a small team to ensure the proper execution of all key tasks. The incumbent must possess excellent networking skills to build effective relationships with counterparts DFID Nigeria , daughter London Hub and the Nike Foundation . International experience is preferred; international development experience is an asset. He / she will play a key role representation , together with senior partners at national and international levels. He / she will also play a key role in the development and implementation of strategic priorities. He / she will deputize for the Country Director . It is a rewarding job, but stretching , which requires excellent skills in priority , management and delivery.

Key duties and responsibilities :

Ensure excellence through overseeing the management and / or delivery of all business processes and tasks
Management and supervision of all information consumers and brand activities
Recruitment drive , providing local integration programs to ensure that new members of the team understand the needs of the mission of Girl Hub and local country operations
Responsible for providing financial and administrative activities for the brand team Hub Girl Nigeria
Contribute to strategy development and implementation of initiatives and plans Hub daughter
Be an effective champion for girls , building country knowledge and local networks with a range of officials and non-governmental partners
Work with the communications team to help produce compelling content for the initiative Hub Girl
Working with the planning team and insight as required by the classification and assessment of local knowledge girl
Working with other Hub daughter and her peers DFID as necessary to ensure the proper execution of all local tasks
Driving on all brands and ideas visits DFID , the Nike Foundation and Girl Hub.
