Excellence Community Education Welfare Scheme Ltd/Gte (ECEWS) a non-profit organization dedicated to improving access to qualitative healthcare, Education and Economics strengthening services in Nigeria requires qualified candidates for the following positions:

  1. DEPUTY PROJECT DIRECTOR (ABUJA)
H/She will be the technical lead and also function as the Director of clinical services on the project
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • MBBA and MPH
  • 10 years program professional experience in managing  HIV/AIDS program including ART, PMTCT & TB/HIV
  • Familiarity with US Government grant management principles is required

  1. COMPLIANCE AND GRANTS MANAGER (AKWA-IBOM)
H/She will be responsible for internal control and compliance to policies and procedures of ECEWS, applicable USG circular and the HHS grant policy statement
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • B. Sc in Accounting, CPA or ACA
  • 5 years related experience
  • Familiarity with US Government grant and auditing standards is required
  • Previous experience in USG funded projects will be added advantage

  1. TECHNICAL ADVISOR; CLINICAL SERVICES (AKWA-IBOM)
The incumbent will be responsible for liaising with director of clinical services to provide technical services to programmatic support, implement high quality care and support activities with primary focus on clinical management of HIV/AIDS, PMTCT, RH/FP, TB and integrated medical services
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • MBBS with 5 – 7 years of professional experience working in clinical care
  • Good understanding of HIV/AIDS with provision of PMTCT and ART in resource constant setting
  • MPH or post graduate degree in related field related field and familiarity with Nigerian public sector health system is setting
  1. TECHNICAL ADVISOR, HIV PREVENTION, CARE AND SUPPORT (AKWA-IBOM)
H/She will provide technical programmatic support to implement high quality HIV prevention care and support activities with primary focus on sexual transmission prevention, biomedical prevention, Basic care and support to PLWA and VC
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • B. Sc in Health Education, M. Sc in related field
  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience in HIV prevention, community care and support for PLWHA and vulnerable children
  1. PROGRAM ASSOCIATE PHARMACY (AKWA-IBOM)
Responsible for liaising with supply chain management advisor to provide technical support on drug logistics, quality assurance and quality improvement across the target states
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • B. Pharm.
  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience in HIV/AIDS care and treatment programs
  1. STATE PROGRAM MANAGER / TECHNICAL OFFICER, CLINICAL SERVICE (IMO, ENUGU AND EBONYI)
Responsible for leading the state technical teams to implement High quality HIV/AIDS services and management of state activities
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • MBBS with 3 -  5 years of related clinical care experience in ART PMTCT program
  • MPH or post graduate will be an advantage
  1. CENTRAL MONITORING AND EVALUATION ADVISOR (ABUJA)
Responsible for leading all monitoring and evaluating activities on the locate project while working with State Monitoring and Evaluation Officers
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • M. Sc in Statistics, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Monitoring and Evaluation and related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in monitoring and evaluation of public health programs
  • An MPH and experience in ART, PMTCT and RH programs will be a plus
  1. LABORATORY SYATEM STRENGTHENING ADVISOR (AKWA-IBOM)
Responsible for providing technical support to laboratories to provide high quality laboratory services on the project ensuring their utilization for HIV and TB diagnostic testing
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • M. Sc in Laboratory Sciences or related field
  • 5 – 7 years experience in providing laboratory support for HIV/AIDS
  • Knowledge of advanced laboratory procedures, diagnose and management related to HIV/AIDS care and treatment
  1. LABORATORY / LOGISTICS SPECIALIST (2) (IMO AND EBONYI)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • B. Sc in Laboratory Sciences or related field
  • 5 – 7 years experience in providing laboratory support for HIV/AIDS
  • Knowledge of advanced laboratory procedures, diagnose and management related to HIV/AIDS care and treatment and supply chain management health commodities
  1. TECHNICAL OFFICER HIV PREVENTION (2) (IMO AND EBONYI)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • B. Sc in Health Education or related field with at least 3 years experience in providing HIV prevention services in international Donor Funded programs
  1. COMMUNITY CARE OFFICER (3) (IMO, ENUGU AND EBONYI)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • B. Sc in Health Education or related field
  • 5 – 7 years of professional experience in care and support programs for PLWHA and vulnerable children
  1. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER (AKWA-IBOM)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • M. Sc in Social or related field
  • 5 – 7 years experience in Human resource management
  • Knowledge of US government regulations especially in HHS Grant policy statements is required
  1. MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICERS (3) (ENUGU, EBONYI AND IMO)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • B. Sc in statistics or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in monitoring and evaluation of public health programs

  1. FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (3) (IMO, ENUGU AND EBONYI)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • B. Sc in Accounting or Finance or Business Administrative or recognized equivalent
  • 3 – 5 years experience in Accounting related to NGOs and community level programs with increasing responsible
