v  Degree in related field

v  Masters degree will be a plus

v  Not less than 15 years experience in same capacity

v  Strong project management skills

1. DIVISIONAL HEADS, LEASING

v  Degree in related field

v  Masters degree will be a plus

v  Not less than 12 years post NYSC

v  Experience in facility management

1. GROUP HEADS, LEASING

v  Degree in related field, Master’s degree will be a plus

v  6 – 10 years experience

v  Data management skills

1. TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER

v  Degree in related field, Master’s degree will be a plus

v  Strong technical competence with 10 – 15 years working experience

1. TENANT COORDINATOR

v  Degree in related field, Master’s degree will be a plus

v  Organizational skills with 5 – 10 years working experience

1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

v  Degree in related field, Master’s degree will be a plus

v  Excellent communication skills with 5 – 10 years working experience

1. ACCOUNTANT

v  Degree in related field, Master’s degree will be a plus

v  Strong analytical skills with 4 – 10 years working experience

1. GROUP HEAD, INTERNAL AUDIT

v  Degree in related field and must be registered with ACA

v  Not less than 10 years post NYSC experience in audit firm

v  Demonstrated knowledge of finance/accounting/internal controls

1. FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

v  Degree in related field and must be registered with ACA

v  Not less than 10 years post NYSC experience

v  Prior experience in same role

1. INTERNAL CONTROL EXECUTIVE

v  Degree in elated field with 3 – 7 years experience

v  Good knowledge of accounting/internal controls

1. PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CHIEF EXECUTIVE

v  Degree in related field

v  Experience of at least 7 years
