WYG International has been selected
for the ” TA contract service for the implementation of the program of support
for governance reform in five federal agencies in Abuja, Nigeria.” Contribute
to the reduction The project aims to poverty in Nigeria through the promotion
of political and public sector efficiency in the administration of the public
service to improve service delivery . Please see below the terms of reference
of initial offer . we are currently seeking an audience and expert in strategic
management funding to join us for this tender . it is expected that public
financing and expert in strategic management have to meet the following criteria
for qualifications and experience :
Qualifications and skills
University degree (MSc / MA / PHD )
in one of the economics, public finance, public policy or a discipline directly
related . First university
degree in one of : Economics , public finance, public policy or a discipline directly related to at least 12 years of experience in the management of public finance programs of work can be considered in place of the diploma higher education;
Excellent verbal and written English communication ;
Mastery of basic computer programs (ie Word , Excel , PowerPoint, Internet browsing ) ;

General professional experience
Minimum 7 years experience in the
management of public finances with the public sector institutions , including
strategic planning and development or revision of existing sectoral medium-term
strategy ( MTSS ) aligned with Expenditure Framework medium Term (MTEF) ;
Experience in sub-Saharan Africa work would be an asset .

Specific professional experience
Minimum 4 years experience in the
fields of government budgeting and public financial management , including the
implementation of the integrated financial management in the public sector
institutions working systems;
The experience of minimum 3 years in the training of officials on various aspects of the management of public finances , in particular in the implementation of the new Charter of Accounts where
Experience in providing public sector institutions strategic advice and technical assistance for the development of legal and administrative frameworks to coordinate the reform process in the public sector would be an advantage .

Iwill the project 36 months in
duration . The public finances and expert in strategic management will be
required for entry of approximately 660 person-days during this period. The
project will be based in Abuja, Nigeria.
