  1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS (LAGOS, PORTHARCOURT)
REPORTS TO: chief Operating Officer
REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be a graduate with at least 5 years relevant experience
  • In-depth knowledge of up-coming and on-going key projects in the upstream sector of the oil and gas sector
  • Ability to fashion out business opportunities and support business growth
  • High level contacts in the IOCs and E & P companies
  • Excellent relationship and people management skills
  • Ability to advice and convince clients
  • Good presentation, written and oral communication skills
  •  Excellent team player
  1. FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (LAGOS)
REPORTS TO: Chief Financial Officer
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Not less than 10 years post professional experience of which a minimum of 4 must be in management position in a reputable business environment
  • Good University degree/HND in Accounting, 2nd degree/MBA is a plus
  • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA)
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of business and office matters
  • Must have knowledge of IFRS, ERP Savvy is a plus
  • Good knowledge of accounting standards and ability to source project funds
  • Experience in developing accounting systems, processes policies and procedures
  • Funds, assets and liability management
  • Creativity, innovation and experience on managing taxes
  •  Proficient use of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, organizational and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  1. SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (LAGOS)
REPORTS TO: Head, Supply Chain
REQUIREMENTS
  • A graduate with at least 5 years relevant experience
  • Excellent knowledge of the delivery requirements of E & P companies
  • Knowledge of ERP is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of clearing procedures at Nigerian ports
  • Purchase order management and goods/documents validation skills
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and project management skills
  • Excellent RFQ, on-line bidding and expediting skills
  • International sourcing, receiving and inspection skills
  • Trucking logistics management skills
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient use of MA Project Software
  1. ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER (PORTHARCOURT)
REPORTS TO: Human Resources Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
  • A graduate with at least 5 years experience in HR Management and CIPM certified
  • Good understanding of regulations on pension, GLA and Employees Compensation
  • Understanding of the execution and management of expatriate Quota, STR, WP, and TWP for expatriates
  • Understanding of Nigerian Labour Laws
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office, PowerPoint) with excellent documentation skills
  • Ability to influence and effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with a confidential information in a discrete manner
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to review resumes and employment applications to identify skills and work experience which correspond to the position applied for
