VACANCIES

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the following positions at the Imo State University Teaching Hospital, Orlu, Imo state.

A.)    Chief Medical Director

Candidate for this position must be a Clinical Consultant with a minimum of 10 years post graduation experience. Successful candidate shall be responsible for the day to day management of the hospital and reports to the Board of management.

Qualifications: MB.BS, Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria, West African Postgraduate Medical College or equivalent (from recognized Institutions)

·        Must be adequately registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria

·        Possession of advanced degrees is an advantage

·        Membership of professional bodies is compulsory

·        Must be less than 55 years old

·        Shall have a minimum of 5 years teaching experience in a college of medicine

·        Salary G/L: CONHESS17

B.)    Director of Finance/Accounts

Candidates must have a good Bachelors degree in Accountancy/Banking & Finance from a recognized university and have served for at least 15 years post graduation in public or private sector.

·        Must be less than 55 years old

·        Must belong to appropriate professional bodies (e.g. ICAN, ANAN etc.)

·        Possession of advanced degree is an advantage

Director of Accounts

Duties: Shall be in charge of Accounts Department and reports to the C.M.D

·        Salary G/L: CONHESS 15

C.)    Director of Administration

Candidates must have a good Bachelors degree in Social Sciences or Humanities from a recognized university and must have worked in the public sector for a minimum of 10 years in a senior management capacity.

·        Must be less than 55 years old

·        Must belong to appropriate professional bodies (e.g. AHAN)

·        Possession of advanced degree is an advantage

Director of Administrations

Duties: shall be in charge of the Administration Department and reports to the C.M.D

Salary: G/L: CONHES 15
