Current Job Today: Glodave Recruiting Business Administrator in Lagos


    Review duties, responsibilities and objectives for each position.
    Establish and communicate performance standards.
    Review responsibilities and job standards with each staff member and mutually agree on performance and competency expectations. Revise Performance Agreement accordingly.
    Encourage employee input throughout the meeting.
Qualifications and Requirements:

    B.Sc/HND/OND/NCE from any of the recognised institutions.
    Professional certificates are also acceptable.
    Must be self-accountable
    Must be ready to work with or without prior supervision
    Must be a team-player
    Must be dedicated to his/her duties
    Must have a prior knowledge of the use of computer
    Must a good communication skills
